Planning an Event? - REACT UK is Here To Help!

If you are planning an event REACT UK would be pleased to help you ensure everything goes safely and efficiently.

We can assist you throughout the planning stages and the actual event itself.

REACT UK can provide uniformed trained personnel to undertake communications, stewarding, first aid and traffic management. Through our many industry contacts we can help you source a variety of other services which you may require.

If your event is not a commercial enterprise and access to the public is free and participants do not have to pay a fee to take part, then REACT UK will provide our services free of charge. We would however be pleased to recieve a donation to cover costs of consumables used.

If your event is a commercial activity REACT UK will require a donation based on the services required and number of personnel / equipment required (this donation amount will be agreed prior to the event). This is necessary as REACT UK volunteers give their time for nothing and we feel that is only right and proper that REACT UK reinburse them for out of pocket expenses such as transportation, food & refreshments.

Please note that due to the high volume of requests for service we receive, we would ask you to give us as much notice as you can so that we can let you know whether we can assist you. We will forward to you our event booking form and risk assessment which we will use to plan our response.
